Terms of Srvice

Process
• Client responsiveness required• 7 days unresponsive = queue hold (only for people who already pay 50%)• Sketch + limited revisions included
Payment Details
• USD only — PayPal / Ko-Fi• 50% upfront, 50% before delivery
Extra fees may apply if neededPrices reflect time & care
Revision Limits• Rough sketch: Minor edits and major changes allowed• Clean lineart: Up to 2 small changes only

Major changes are only allowed during the rough sketch stage. Any change pass limit /stage requested may require an additional fee(+$5–$15 USD depending on complexity)

Turnaround
• Usually 1–7 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.Rush options may be available for an additional fee. — Starts after deposit

Usage
• Personal use only: no charge ofc.• Commercial posting: +50% (Social media, websites, portfolios, promotions)• Commercial sales: +100% (Merchandise, prints, products, digital sales, etc.)

Refunds
• All payments are non-refundable once submitted. Think carefully before making purchase• If I can’t complete your commission for any reason on my end, you’ll receive a full refund. Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees) may not be refundable.
Public Queue
• I keep a public queue so you can track your commission’s progress
• Your name will be abbreviated for privacy.
• Order may shift based on complexity, responsiveness, or scheduling.
• For specific concerns, please message me directly.

Process

STEP 01 — MESSAGE ME
DM on Instagram or X to tell me what you want and give me:
• Character(s) / concept • References • Notes on mood, pose, or vibe.
STEP 02 — PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Once we confirm details I’ll send an invoice:
• 50% deposit to start
• Turnaround begins after deposit
• Your commission is then ACTIVE and in the queue.
STEP 03 — ROUGH SKETCH
• You’ll get a rough sketch for review—perfect for big changes like pose or composition.
STEP 04 — CLEAN SKETCH
Refined sketch sent for final approval:
• Minor tweaks still allowed
• After approval -> rendering stage

STEP 05 — LINEART & RENDERING
Artwork is finalized following the approved sketch.
STEP 06 — FINAL PAYMENT
Before delivery:
• Remaining 50% balance required
After payment, files are prepped for release.
STEP 07 — DELIVERY
Final files sent via email:
• PNG / JPG / MOV / MP4
• With and without small watermark
• Extra TY Gift
• Receipt include
